UAE Grants First Virtual Asset License as EmCoin Launches Crypto Platform

EmCoin is the first UAE firm licensed by SCA to offer crypto and traditional asset services. The UAE aims to become a global hub for compliant and transparent digital finance services. EmCoin and SCA will collaborate to introduce regulated Initial Coin Offerings in the UAE. Emirates Coin Investment LLC (EmCoin) has made history in the United Arab Emirates financial sector by obtaining the first Virtual Asset license from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). With the SCA approval, EmCoin is permitted to introduce a full suite of regulated services, combining digital asset trading, portfolio management, and investment access to both traditional and new financial products.
