PayPal Brings Good News to US Customers! Support Added for Two Giant Altcoins!

Global payments giant PayPal has expanded its crypto offerings for US customers to include Solana (SOL) and Chainlink (LINK). Accordingly, digital asset users in the US will now be able to buy, sell, hold and transfer Solana and Chainlink directly through PayPal for the first time. PayPal previously had major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) in its portfolio. While the company’s move highlights its commitment to offering a wider range of cryptocurrencies, PayPal’s support for SOL and LINK could be positive for these assets, as it has over 400 million users worldwide, around 300 million of whom are in the US. While PayPal has been offering cryptocurrency services since October 2020, it initially began offering limited services to US customers, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash.
